Full Service

For many searches, we provide comprehensive search support from start to finish, including everything from creating a professionally designed job announcement, recruiting a strong and diverse candidate pool, facilitating a search committee, to screening and interviewing candidates. We are still working in close collaboration with you every step of the way, but Clover is doing the bulk of the time consuming work.

DIY Searches

For organizations that have smaller budgets or that want to own more of the process themselves, we provide comprehensive advice and coaching, tools, debriefing, and support, so you have what you need to run a successful search once you put in that time and effort.

A Hybrid Approach

Many organizations choose a combination of these approaches: some parts of the search we own, some parts you own, and some parts we work on together. This personalized approach can help keep your investment of both money and time at the level that works best for your organization.
